We wanted to let everyone know that the SR Board has made the decision to engage Advance HOA Management as our property management company effective January 1st. The Board made this decision after extensive review of several companies and believes that Advance was in the best position to provide the service required by Stratton Ridge. We expect that you will enjoy a higher level of service and will appreciate the ability to access your Homeowner Account online at any time.

 

• Update your Payment information, including providing new ACH instruction
• Register for Owner Portal Access which will allow you online access to your homeowner statements, submit requests, and utilize online payment functions

Please be on the lookout for a mailing in the next week or so that will have additional information on this transition and detailed instructions for what you need to do to update your payment information and set up your Owner portal account.
