Spring/Summer/Fall 2012 Watering Schedule
 

We are still maintaining the greenbelts each street as it awaits renovation.  This includes periodic watering and maintenance.  The slopes will not be maintained to the standards we will have upon completion, but they will be maintained to a reasonable appearance while minimizing spending since we will be demolishing and replanting them.  We will be maintaining them approximately every 3 weeks with mowing, trimming, blowing, and edging.  We will also be providing enough water to maintain the trees – although far less than we have done in the past, so the grass will not be as green as we are used to (at least for those spots where the grass was green before).  ELCI will be providing this maintenance service for us
 
All the controllers will start at 9:00 pm and will complete there watering cycles by 10:00 am the next day. They are set to water 6 days a week to preserve the tree health. We will manually shut down zones in areas we are working. 
 
We will be maintaining the property on a three week cycle. 5/16. 6/6, 6/27, 7/25, 8/15, 9/5
