The Board of Directors would like to welcome you to the Stratton Ridge Homeowners Association.
Stratton Ridge is a unique subdivision within Highlands Ranch. The subdivision is made up of 153 homes found on the streets of Westwind, Terraridge, Briarhurst, Glenhaven, Terrace, and Maplewood.
As a new member of the Stratton Ridge community, please familiarize yourself with our website which has up to date information about the community and is a great resource to you and your family. Also, please take advantage of the following features:
- Owners portal which allows you to see the status of your account, make payment arrangements, submit architectural requests, etc... Registration also ensures you receive important information as most of our communication is done electronically to the email address you provide. - Email List which allows you to send and receive emails of interest to the entire neighborhood such as requests for a good contractor, notice of a garage sales, etc... To sign up for the email list go to the Email List page.
The Board of Directors meetings are held monthly. Meeting dates are posted here on the website and all meeting minutes and financials are posted on the Owners Portal.
The assessments for Stratton Ridge sub-association, are due monthly and are a
separate payment from the HRCA assessments. Details on Stratton Ridge HOA payment options can be found
here. Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) is the Master Association for all of Highlands Ranch. HRCA will be sending a separate welcome packet from Stratton Ridge. Invoices for your HRCA assessments are mailed to you quarterly. Please be sure to follow the instructions indicated on the HRCA invoice as well as the Stratton Ridge coupons regarding the two separate payments.
