About Us
Stratton Ridge is a wonderful community, comprised of 153 single-family houses. We are located in Highlands Ranch, a master-planned community of 22,000 acres, with a population of about 95,000 and 30,000 residences approximately 20 miles south of downtown Denver.

Some major features of Highlands Ranch include its extensive open spaces, excellent recreation facilities, attractive housing, and convenient transportation. Of course, the climate is tremendous, and Highlands Ranch is close to the fabulous Rocky Mountains. This environment makes an active lifestyle possible.

There are two primary entrances to Stratton Ridge and only six streets with housing, making it a safe and quiet neighborhood. Most houses adjoin large, well-landscaped common areas, providing scenic views of the Rocky Mountains to the west and of Pikes Peak to the south.

The neighborhood has an active Women's Organization which sponsors many social events and activities throughout the year and it's not uncommon to see neighbors helping one another out or socializing and children playing together.

Stratton Ridge is a strict covenant-controlled community of high-quality houses and a desirable lifestyle. A five-member board of directors elected by the homeowners manages the Stratton Ridge Homeowners Association, of which all property owners are members. Board committees consist of homeowners appointed by the board. A community management firm is employed to assist the board in maintaining the large common areas and with other functions.
